  "The facility would be even better with a dumpster for renters to use. Also, the single door entering the building between the two major double door entrances is not consistent when you enter your code. Sometimes it opens and sometimes it doesn't. Frustrating!"

  "Thank you, for the survey! I was very surprised about the tremendous rate increase after a year, which was my only and greatest concern. I certainly believe that you have to raise your rates, but not so "significant," $20 dollars is way to much, perhaps $5 dollars would have been appropriate. Is there any way that you can give discounts and lower rates for customers that have been with the company for a number of years, it would be a great selling point."

  "It is your employer who left a lasting impression on me. She was there when I rented my unit 1 yr ago offering me water. It was 116° outside. She made sure that my rental truck was ready and she was there when I checked out. Again she was helpful beyond expectation. Take time to see who rented this unit to me and who checked me out. She is priceless."
