She was very thorough in explaining all that they offered and really helped me to better understand which unit size would suit me best for my needs! Friendly and polite. Great access, secure storage, but a considerable price hike (about 30%) when the new owners took over. I'm maxed out on the price.

Clean but expensive. The lady that was working there in September 2023 was very helpful, friendly, and resolved an issue that I had there quickly. The only reason they are not a 5 is the monthly price to rent. My son has the exact same type of storage on Madison Blvd and it's $70 a month less. You are paying top dollar for the location.

Went to Extra Space Storage to rent a unit. The staff was very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend this company for your storage needs. Update: A few months later they jacked up the rates!
