The rep, Alonte Wren, was customer friendly, helpful and met my needs very quickly and efficiently. She represented the company very well and I would describe her as a top, experienced rep. who is an ideal model for others to follow. She also closed well by asking empathetically if I had any other questions or needs that she could assist me with. I was pleased with her approach, as she left me with a good customer service experience.

I wouldn't recommend storing at this place if you need long term storage as they do an uncharged every 4-6 months. The garage only has one lane for parking so if it busy you will be waiting for a space or will have to park in the parking lot. The bathroom is never clean.

This location has many pros and cons and will most likely give you mixed feelings about storing here. The building is easily accessible and the security is sound, I had no bad feelings about my belongings. However, the facility will leave your property with a unique smell, if kept for a long period of time. They will also increase rates without notice - mine was increased close to $60 due to "economic changes." All in all, not bad, but not very professional in my opinion. I would only rent here if the location makes sense for you.
