The storage facility is clean and well kept. The staff was a joy to work with. My only complaint is the every 3-6 month rent increase. My payment was $101 to start. 3 months later I received an increase to $149. 3 months after that I received yet another increase to $240. In 6 months, my payment nearly tripled. I was informed from the last increase, that I should expect an every 6-10 months increase thereafter. So if you are looking for a storage long term, I would look elsewhere at more spendy first payments that will be a set price. This company will cost you more in the long run for a long term rental. Aside from the frequent increases, this is a very nice facility with great staff and customer service.
