I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Sara today. I just had a few questions about a unit, and she really just went above and beyond with getting me all of the information I was needing, and then some. Her level of customer service is a real rarity these days, and it was such a breath of fresh air feeling like the employee truly cared, and wanted to help to the best of their ability. I stored my camp trailer at this facility for 18 months when Covid hit. There was a lack of employees which created a huge problem, there was no one there to open the gate to let me in with the trailer. I cannot enter or exit through the automatic gate as it’s too tight of a turn. I had to find a different facility to accommodate me. I’m happy to say I am back at Life Storage. It’s four blocks from my home and far more convenient. Manager William, and assistant manager Nathan were on top of getting me back into an RV slot. I am looking forward to doing business again, with Life Storage.

We’ve been with Life Store for several years now and we’ve been very pleased with them. They have always been very helpful and keep the storage safe and clean. Doug in particular has been helpful. We really appreciate him! The only complaint I have is we aren’t able to take our RV out the big gate after hours because it is locked and it’s a tight squeeze for our rig to leave out the front. Other than that, I do feel pleased with Life Storage.

The best location and people! Doug is the go to guy. They have a great communication system. When I was fearful of losing my stuff they came up with a solution for me and it was easy! They really do treat you like a person and they actually care which is rare to find in customer service. Thank you all! I will miss hearing from them or going into the office and if I ever need storage needs again I know exactly where to go! Thank you life storage!
