Nice and clean. Good access hours and pricing is good compared to other places. I was renting a 10x30 from Public Storage and they raised my rent from $247/Mo to $333 after 3 months, nearly 35% increase. So I decided to move to Life Storage for a 10x20 for $185/mo. Their employees were friendly and professional. April 21st, 2024 - Well, I have to change my rating. I just received in the mail a notice, after renting from them for 3 months, that my rate will be increasing to $244, a more than 30% increase in price. I can understand 5%-10% a year or something like that but 30% is unreasonable. They lure you in with a good price then stick it to you a couple months later. Seems to be common practice for storage rental companies Renter beware. Their customer service and employees are still great, but their business practices are terrible. May 1st 2024 - Someone from the facility i rent from called me earlier this week and lowered the rent by $25 so the price is better. She said that Corporate are the ones who send out the notices and decide when and how much to raise the rent. I can understand that after working for a few corporations myself. She was very nice and helpful and I am grateful that she was willing to do what she could. So I will continue renting from them and will contact the facility if they decide to do another price increase and go from there.

Nitro Marty's rcs!!!!! What a pleasure being here! WOW it's a great place to store your stuff or any size! This is for sure the best storage state wide I'm sure of it! Talk about Great prices ! The best in this state I would recommend this to all my friends and family! Come on down with all your stuff you want to keep but don't have the room for! I would have given 10 stars if I could!!!!!!

Just to clarify, James has been nothing short of a Rock Star since he’s come on board earlier this year! Without question he’s been pleasant and kind; nothing like it was previously with the management prior to his arrival. No one WANTS to pay their bills late! We’re all grown adults, no need for constant reminding me of the legalities of my not so stellar financial situation. Matter of fact, I just realized that I don’t dread having to stop by the office; it just doesn’t seem so scary anymore! James always has a smile and a friendly “hi, how’s your day going?” He genuinely seems to care about the people that chose to make Extra Space there little home away from home, even if it’s just for a brief time, he’s definitely a great addition and a keeper in my book! Thanks James for going that Extra Storage mile for your customers! As long as I need storage space, I know where I feel comfortable, safe & my belongings are secure & in capable hands! Definitely get my recommendation!
