"I've worked with this facility before it was Life storage. They are consistant with service, how rates just kept going up. I ended up having to close out the unit as I was paying $200 a month for a 10×10 unit. The staff was always nice though if I ever had any questions ans the staff member who helped me close my account was super helpful and knowledgeable when I did so"

"Had to park my second vehicle here in an outdoor unit due to covid and parking issues at my apartments, no problem renting a space. But the problem I DO HAVE is when they have a giant hole in their exterior fence to a gated coded access only facility, and my vehicle gets broken into twice. They know of the whole, and still won't fix it. I notified them of the first break in. They have a camera pointed right at my vehicle, and have not notified me of the second break in. Do not rent from a facility that doesn't make their clients security a priority. Will be contacting someone higher up to ensure this does not happen to anyone else."

"Nonie at the Auburn Life Storage went above and beyond to give us exceptional customer service late on a Thursday night. We accidentally went to the wrong life storage and Nonie stayed an extra 45 minutes with us to get our RV checked in as we were on our way to the airport. Nonie is on it- helpful, knowledgeable, quick, and a delight to work with. We can’t recommend Nonie enough! Thanks for taking care of us! The RV storage is a perfectly secure large parking spot fenced in. We are happy our home is safe and protected!"

"Set up a unit online and found a deal that subtracted half of the first month. I was required to purchase a lock for the unit which added a 10 dollars. The unit is drive up and easy access. The unit does need more light than the one bulb provided so I have used rechargeable lights that include a magnet to attach to the walls. Never seems too busy so little impact getting direct access to our unit."

"Inquired about pricing and Sandy was very helpful and even suggested the rent now process if I wanted to do it that way due to the social distancing. She went over insurance and anything I might need to pack and store my things. She seemed warm and genuine. She went out of her way to help me. Pricing is comparable to other places. I like her little poem about leaving a review. Creative! I didn't know until after that she had stayed past closing just to asnwer my questions and left after I had pulled out of the parking space, as she was behind me, to pull into traffic. Hmmm I say to myself- needs checking out. Who'd guess that a big company could still be friendly and have clerks that listen to me- I do admit that I talk slowly and can wander off course a little. Prices didn't seem to change much- good! These clerks say they've been here over 3 years, but I miss the old people that had all the dogs! "I was getting fuel for my car and talking on my phone. One of your employees approached me after overhearing my side on the convo about looking for a storage place. I intended to check out the Bonney Lake storage facility, but this employee, Sandy, told me about Life Storage in Auburn. I was a little taken aback, but she told me to check it out, gave me the hours, said you had moving supplies, and even gave me one of the office's business cards. She said to check it out. I told her I wasn't ready to rent yet, possibly in the next three months, but she encouraged me to take a look and to keep it in mind. I definitely liked how she didn't push and didn't try to sell me on it, just encouraged me to take a look."
