We have had many storages over the years and by far have encountered the best service hands down here at Life Storage in Covington! Tim is so accomadating, we've rented two storages with him and just upgraded to the biggest storage today! He is a value to the company and really is attentive. He values the property always keeping a close watch on our units, walking the property cleaning and being hands on with the clients and their needs. We found the best place to rent.

Rented 2 units - both the outside ground unit and the 2nd floor unit were large ones and both were clean and well maintained before I moved in to them. Facility is well maintained and very clean all around and except a short time issue with one of them entry/exit gates malfunctioning, everything went perfectly for me. The staff I interacted with were polite and helpful during my interactions with them. All in all - a good experience was had by me at the facility. Also, the online website was easy to navigate and get the work needed done quickly and correctly. Thanks again for the great experience! ????
