To be perfectly honest. If I had wrote this quite awhile back my reviews would be diff sad to say. Now however it’s changed. Most in Thanks to Donald! He’s been so kind and helpful to me as I had experienced something that impacted my family financially. He helped me get it worked out so I could retain my units. I’m so grateful for Donald always there to help and so cheerful too. Many changes have come about which makes a huge difference and I for one am so grateful.

The Assistant Store Manager, Donald is so nice & pleasant to work with. He made the process of renting the unit very easy. He is a fun guy to chat with. He takes his job very seriously, keeping an eye out for the safety of the property. The facility is very well maintained & I feel safe every time I come to my unit. I highly recommend doing business with Life Storage in Auburn, Wa.

This is a dependable and great "go to" storage place. I know one of my kids has used them three times for storage over the years. I noticed that they have painted and it appears they take care of this place very well. The facility is clean and secure.

I received a letter about the insurance on my storage unit and sounded like I was going to lose my unit and so I called the office and spoke with a very nice guy who explained that they are changing insurance companies and my storage is fine. Apparently the insurance company sent out the letter early. The guy let me change the insurance right on the phone. He was a big help. Thank you!!
