Soooo great! Saved us in a tough spot - We had a truck full of our belongings to store at a unit we rented elsewhere, but the elevators were shut down and at 2pm on a weekday, the office was closed! Life Storage came through for us! Justin set us up with a great unit immediately! Phew!

The best thing about this facility is the cleanliness, ease of access, and affordability. Also, the staff is on top of things. Not to any fault of the staff, but sometimes maintenance / service issues need to be identified. The staff has been professional and courteous throughout all interactions. Having used the facility for the better part of two years, I recently witnessed one of the elevators needing to be addressed since it wasn't going up or down. I texted the staff, and Sam was quick to respond. Not only did he address the elevator with a quick reset, but he also walked to the storage unit that I planned to check out of the next day. He told me that my unit was clean enough to check out, and he saved me a trip with the broom. I would recommend this facility to anyone seeking a clean, well-run storage unit.
