A 10x20 storage space is the size of 2-3 Bedrooms. It holds furnishings and appliances for an average 1500 sq. ft. residence. It can also hold compact vehicles depending on width and length.

We got there, and we lost our reservation, he fixed it no fuss, so I bought some tape is a great way to help him with sell’s. I did get the 3rd floor it is cheaper, storage size was incredible , and extremely clean, Jeff showed us how to use our lock, but it was super hot & the ac had not been running correctly, but District Manager Sandra and Jeff Facility Manger were swift in taking care of the issue, Jeff saw the struggle sun & heat attacking our move and gave us his water bottles that came out of his lunch, we were so thankful….This property is very secure the security is amazing, had moving carts, elevators that I am not fond of…but I got threw it, outside is clean, inside restrooms you can use WITHOUT worry’s. My daughter at one point locked herself out of the property and Jeff was on point and assisted my daughter back in and she was super happy and she always felt safe. When it was time to move out it was hard, we did check out a small unit, Jeff again super quick to assisting with our need, but we decided it was time to move out. Jeff was quickly adopted into our with our family, he has great attitude and has a personality.. "I cannot explain the stress this place as caused. First I would like to say that the site is very well kept and clean and bug free. I always paid my bill early because the online website is easy to use. But what I didn't care for is the fact every year the price went up. Not by much but over time it adds up. When I left the premises on 9/18 I was told my money would be returned (I had a already paid for October) It took more calls than I could count to get anyone tell me something other than "someone will call in 24 hours" weeks went by October came and gone I had received 2 checks which where not cashable because they were written in correctly. At this point I'm annoyed so I opened a case with the BBB because i was getting no one finally people started calling but still no complete resolution.I was able to get the prorated amount check fixed after I had to make an extra trip back to the store to return the checks I couldn't use to receive the check I could cash. Now we are in November and I'm still waiting for my month of October rent which after speaking to Jeff for the millionth time "I'm gonna submit it up" okay here we go again.... But now I'm informed "the person who writes and submits the chec"
"Worst customer experience! Store Manager John Conway shouldn’t be in customer service. He has continued to be the most unprofessional person we have dealt with. We pay close to $290 a month for a 10x20 unit that has BEEN WITHOUT A/C for 3-4 months. The ENTIRE 3rd floor has been without A/C since July/August. We have an antique Ethan Allen leather couch (leather is dry now due to no A/C) and many other items that need to be in CLIMATE CONTROLLED setting. No discount on our monthly rate. Anytime the issue is brought to the managers attention he blames everyone but himself. Highly recommend looking at other storage companies in the area."

"I don't leave reviews often, but the horrible customer service and bad experience with this facility prompted me to warn others. I was working with Jeff prior to our out of state move, confirming a unit would be available when my movers arrived. I chose this facility farther from my destination since they were running a 1st month free promotion, and also because they had accessibility for a large moving truck. When the movers did not arrive on their scheduled day, I contacted Jeff to revise the reservation. I made sure to confirm that changing the date of move in would not affect the promotion nor the pricing of the unit. Jeff said he was the "manager" and that we would be all good when the movers arrived to receive the 1st month free at the agreed upon rate.
On the day my movers were set to arrive, I went in early to complete the transaction. I was greeted by another employee who claimed not to have a reservation for me. He set me up with a new unit but said they could not honor the free month. I had no other choice but to pay for the unit in full, as my movers were already in route to that address. I had to come out of pocket over $200 when my 1st month should have been free and all I would have been required to pay for would have been the lock and 1 mo of required insurance.
I had several conversations with the "manager" Jeff after move-in, to remedy the issue. After many calls and several weeks later I was just told "no, sorry".
We moved out a month and 1 day later and were required to pay $15 to close out the unit. I would not suggest this location as their business practices are shady and their word means nothing."
"If I could, I would give this zero stars. False advertisement. I rented a temperature controlled unit on-line. I found out that the air had been out for a month on this floor, and I was never informed before renting the unit. When I did find out, I was told they were not sure when it was going to be fixed. I was not refunded my money. The area manager, Carmen never returned my calls. I will never rent from this business and good luck to anyone who does."

Im also military and didnt know when the movers would pick up my stuff, so the day of pick up Julie took care of closing my account and prorating me for the 2 days of January. I got a refund of the difference my autopay took out on the 1st within 3 days.This place is amazing. Scott helped me set up my space and was very helpful. He offered me the most effective discount of their offers that helped me save the most money. The place is clean, its easy to get into the gate and building with their instruction cards and no hidden fees. I rented a space here for 5 months, Im super happy about it. Im the kind of person who shops around for the best cost efficient place thats also nice. No issues here. I dont usually leave reviews, but this place was awesome. 10/10 would recommend."

The online account service was not properly showing my FIRST months payment. It showed a zero balance so I was unable to pay my payment. Then I was charged a late fee even after speaking with Scott and explained the error. The late fee was still placed on my account and the storage was unaccessible so I paid it. Manager Carmen would not credit me the fee back stating "well you already paid it so now I can't refund you" then stating "you should have been more responsible and checked the website everyday until it was properly showing the amount so then you could have paid it." I was floored by these responses and others this women was giving me over a 25$ fee I was unfairly charged!
To be sure I have looked back at my browser history and can confirm I actually logged in on the due date when the zero balance was showing and I was unable to make the payment on time! But that won't matter to Carmen, in fact she will further try to give you a lesson on how to pay bills. I offered to have my credit report ran to prove I know how to pay bills but that was dismissed.
Scott who was the only compassionate, respectful, and helpful associate is unfortunately possibly in trouble now for helping me and doing what he can to help this issue. I was told by Julie, the other associate, that "her store doesn't run like that and he is going to get talked to" ... for issuing me a 10$ RETURN! For an unused packing item 30 days pass date of purchase. Mind you 10 dollars! I know 10$ is 10$ but he was trying to help Carmens dumba** actions with this late fee! I'm just like WOW! I would hate to work for these 2 lady's!
BTW 30 days had passed because I rented out the storage a month early to be prepared because fortunately I do have the money to do that and did not mind! Obviously what I don't have is the comprehension, patience, or appreciation for such cheap, unfair, and sorry customer service from these two lady's and from such a pricey place.
