Love this facility! Super great, clean, well lit, always super easy in and out! Office staff is incredible, super helpful to me!

Dez is absolutely amazing and made my hunt for a new storage facility a pleasant experience. The facility is very clean and easily accessible. The price cannot be beat. I am getting a larger unit for less than half the price of my former storage facility. I highly recommend this place. Edit: Unfortunately, the on-site manager, Sarah, made my stay very short. She is extremely rude, unprofessional, and treated me horribly when all I did was ask for clarification on a price she had quoted me over the phone. Over the phone, I asked if my current price would be honored if I paid for a year in advance. Sarah stated that the total amount would be $1725.00 and that would pay until March of 2025. I went to the site to speak to her in person because I was paying $75.00 a month. The math did not add up. I was kind and calm and stated that I may have misunderstood her on the phone so I was asking for clarification. She VERY RUDELY told me what the system shows. I kindly acknowledged my understanding of her not having any control over the system and asked her to do the math and help me understand. She abruptly turned her computer screen toward me to show me the amount of $1725.00. I told her I don't understand their computer system and asked how that amount was calculated. She spoke harshly to me and treated me as if I am a stupid idiot and then huffed as she used a pull-down menu which showed the number of months one can rent a unit for and the calculations for the time of rental. There was another customer in line behind me who witnessed the entire ordeal. As I turned to exit the building, the customer behind me exclaimed, "Oh wow." Sarah has no business in the customer service industry. She was obviously angry about something and she chose to take it all out on me even though I was very calm and kind. I even acknowledged her not having control of what the system says and only asked for her to validate the error in calculations. I can no longer recommend this facility due to who runs it. It was one of the most awful experiences I have ever had with a member of management. Sarah is horrible and should consider taking employment elsewhere.

I have always had good experiences working with the staff at this location. Most recently, Sarah, the mgr, provided professional, reasonable and friendly service to us, which proved invaluable. Having to have a storage facility is not something that most people enjoy. But it helps if there is good service to take some of the sting out. Thanks Sarah and staff.

Hit a terrible pothole on 1604. Pulled in here and started to get ready to change the tire. Went inside and asked if it was alright if I changed the tire. You guys were awesome! P.S. Thanks for the water!

Too expensive. Keep raising rates.

Clean, respectful staff and a quality storage facility. Wished they would stop raising prices so much and I would love to stay. Ive been using them for the last 2 years. Wished they also had a 24 hour access for first responders. Extra security while on premises isn't a bad thing.

Today we moved out of the life storage on Nacogdoches in San Antonio. The loading of the moving truck was overwhelming with the heat, lost keys, children running around, up and down back and fourth…. Dropped lock key. Lost my phone just a lot. So the smiles and friendliness of the two young ladies at the counter were well welcomed. Way to go ladies!!!!!
