Then renewal time came for the next month and apparently there was some sort of problem turning on my auto pay Settings. However reached out to Kat at the 281 office and she very quickly guided me through the process, removed the extra fee that was charged, and once again made the process very simple. "1.After I was with them - well established waited 2 yrs then they started raising and raising and raising my rate until I’m going to have to find another storage place. 2. They have had break ins (even though they say they are secure) and didn’t advise me of them, i found out when i started talking with someone moving their stuff out because they had been broken into (he wasn’t the only one) 3. I pay over $2000 a year now least they can do is make improvements A. No trash cans available -everybody has trash they need to throw away B. The transport dolly’s are a joke. Can’t hardly transport anything they are so small and cheap. C. For a while there the walk through gate was broken allowing anyone to just walk in. So sum it up, there isn’t enough improvements to justify raising my rent 53% and some of that was pre-Covid."

"These reviews have got to be fake. This company is the absolute worst! Talk about your typical megastore forcing local mom & pops to close their doors, & creating a monopoly. These guys don’t even have a dedicated corporate office to call. They’ll say they do but the #’s they have listed simply reroutes you back to the storage facility nearest you."

"Do not use this location or any locations of this company they have no compassion or grace in dealing with an estate of a deceased family member I've been dealing with them for approximately five months now and their major concern is getting paid for the late fees and threatening to send the unit to auction or donate it to charity.  I've been in contact with them every two weeks throughout the probate process which has been extended due to Covid in the slow proceedings in the courts. We currently waiting for funds to be put into the estate account so we can pay the past due storage but they are unwilling to work with us and cooperate in this time of hardship. I even offered to pay out of pocket for the rental fees if they would work with us in the late fees. All we get in return is that is not our policy. There is no way to contact the corporate office to get any other further resolution"

I just want to say the young lady at the front desk was AMAZING! I believe her name was Delinda. I spoke to her over the phone, and when I got there she was just as pleasant in person! She took time out of her busy day to show me some units and help me pick the best one for me. Great customer service, and I would absolutely recommend this storage facility to anyone else who's looking."

But who I found was Sarah and Beckywho were so helpful and friendly in helping me choose the right storage unit fo my needs without trying to up sell me or pressure me in any way. They patiently answered all of my questions in a professional and courteous manner and were very helpful. The facility has a wide range of size units offerin both climate controlled units and non climate controlled ones to choose from. This makes finding the right storage unit much easier to choose and one less thing in my life to worry about as does the great prices and autopsy feature! The security features and cameras everywhere makes me feel very secure about storing my belongings here, which along with the outstanding service, I can highly recommend this business. "DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.  We secured our unit on a Thursday with intentions of moving our stuff in on a Saturday.  We were told that our unit would be unlocked and swept.  We arrived Saturday to find the lock still on.  We check with the front office and they were "closed for lunch" and not returning for an hour.  Our $200 an hour movers were forced to take a long break break while we tried to hunt down someone to unlock our unit.  30 min later someone shoes up and apologizes.  That's my first issue.  My second and biggest issue is that Danny (some kind of regional manager) has been the most unresponsive party in this ordeal and refuses to right the wrong.  We've asked for an extra free month but continues to find a way to weasel out of it.  Find another storage facility."
