I came in and need of a storage unit as quick as possible I spoke with a store manager Julissa Pineda she got everything squared away from me that I needed to get a storage unit walk me through everything make sure I understood she did extremely good job and I definitely recommend anyone coming to this location Life storage in Katy I also came back and got another storage unit a few days later and the same thing she was very nice polite answered all questions and took care of what I needed 100% satisfied

I’ve really enjoyed the overall experience with storing items at Life Storage! The team is very knowledgeable, professional, and provides stellar customer service. Ms. Julissa is prompt to help, even if busy with another customer at the time, as is Claude. Their response is always courteous and they expediently provide information about any changes or updates regarding the storage unit as soon as possible through all means available. I’ve often had to reach out to discuss various issues from additional space needed or items I need to add/remove and there hasn’t been a time when I wasn’t treated positively. They’re informative and very helpful. I have stored items in different various storage units around the city throughout the years and I recommend Life Storage to anyone interested in doing the same. They offer deals online and work to make sure I received the best possible value and quality of storage. Try them out, you will be glad you did!
