Very helpful and friendly service. Definitely 5 stars!"

"Units are too pricey. My family member has leased two units for a very long time and rather than giving her credit for being a loyal customer, you just raised her rent. She refers customers to your stores, but with the warning that they are pricey. The store is always well-maintained and clean. There could be more dolleys available for moving storage items."

"Card got frauded, they called 10 days after the payment didnt go through. We tried to explain to them why our auto payment didnt go through and paid our bill immediately, just to find out they charged a $36 dollar UNWAIVABLE late fee. They didnt bother to call the day after it didnt go through or 5 days, they waited until the fees were no longer waiveable. Shady business. Non sympathetic."

"Here's the deal. Everything was fine with this place until recently. Here's the sequence of events that happened. My Credit Card numbers were stolen, fraudulent charges were made, so the card used for auto-payment was canceled. $30 late fee was added. Got new card in mail and called to update card info. Was told cannot do it on the phone. Stopped by storage location around 1:30 p.m., but doors were locked and sign was up saying "will be back at 2:30". I left and wasn't able to come back. Made another phone call and left a voice message. - NO RESPONSE/CALLBACK Went on Holiday out of state. Made ANOTHER phone call and left a SECOND voice message. - NO RESPONSE/CALLBACK Sent an email stating that I got a new card and would like the late fee to be waived because of fraudulent charges on my old card and I've been trying to get in contact. - NO RESPONSE/REPLY/CALL BACK My boyfriend is local, I asked him to go in the office and try to straighten things out for me since I'm not even in the state. They told him that they can't do anything and that they allegedly tried calling me back. Made a FOURTH phone call and left a THIRD VOICE MESSAGE - NO RESPONSE/CALL BACK Made a FIFTH phone call and actually got a person. She told me that she's just filling in, she can't do anything, and that I have to talk to Vanessa, the manager. Made a SIXTH phone call, no answer - did NOT leave another VM. Received an email stating that my payment is very overdue and my stuff is on the verge of being put up for auction. FYI, the payment was less than 01-month late; 19 days I believe. Flew home today - same day as the email that threatened to auction off my stuff and I have had enough stress, so I paid online including the $30 late fee, and that's why I'm writing this review. I could not wait until morning to get into the office. I'm so stressed out over this. Several weeks of attempting to contact the staff, and zero customer service for an actual issue. I can get over the $30 late fee, but I'm extremely angry because I put effort to fix this issue and they could not even give me a courtesy phone call or e-mail. This is infuriating."

"I've used this facility to store my belongings since February 2019. As of this review, it is July 2019. I've been very pleased with my experience thus far. The initial move in was very pleasant. I will say that the staff in the front office are very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the second month being rent free as a promotion. I also enjoyed the ability to utilize a moving truck free of charge as a promotion at move in as it came in very handy indeed. I find that the hours at which I am able to have access to my belongings are convenient. I feel that my belongings are safe and secure. The facilities are clean and well lit. I will remain a customer for the foreseeable future."

I cannot access my account online nor reset password. Store manager sees my account but your online system does not recognize it. Interesting in that I have three units (two inside and one outdise), anyway the two inside units are priced completely different and I was told there does not exist a multiple price unit discount. (I'm paying close to $600/month for all.) In addition, it appaears that you are still having issues with your computer system and can not link all my units to one draft. Am I totally satified, you can make that determination!"
