A 10x20 storage space is the size of 2-3 Bedrooms. It holds furnishings and appliances for an average 1500 sq. ft. residence. It can also hold compact vehicles depending on width and length.

"I have had my things in this storage location for the past 3 years and it was great back then. They’ve since come under new ownership/management. I’m not sure which. My husband went to remove some of our things recently and spoke with an employee who let him know that the air conditioner has been broken for a while and the owners refuse to fix it, thus rendering our “climate controlled” unit that we’ve been paying for, useless. There is also water damage inside our unit that has ruined some things due to a roof leak when it rains that this employee also said the new owners refuse to fix. It is now humid inside our unit and we have wood furniture that is becoming warped because of this. What blows my mind is the fact that the new owners are taking advantage and RAISING RATES every other month for “rising costs” blah blah blah knowing these issues are happening and that they’re intentionally screwing people because who goes to their storage unit frequently enough to see this? This is not as important but it’s still ridiculous. They removed the dumpsters so tenants cannot use them because of cost savings as well. When you cut corners and raise prices, complaints will start to roll in and I’m certain I won’t be the last.
If I were you I’d go somewhere else!

What it never has been since day one, is loaded with Customer Service or Customer Care. Even during COVID, the staff at this location had no compassion for hardship. Finish up and head up to the front office. It's 1:56pm. Surely they will open the door for me by now!? Door is locked, I peek in the door and see the same young lady...I jiggle the handle just a little bit to make sure she hears me. Oh, she hears me... Was it inappropriate of me to think the she could open the door 3-4 minutes before her break was over? I've worked in customer service when I was younger and I would have done so...and done so with a smile. Nope...
So I go back in my truck and start writing this review. After all, I had 4 minutes to kill."
