Great place for short term storage. Know that the promo place only lasts 3 months but you can lock in for however many months you wants at that promo rate if you prepay.

One of the cleanest storage facilities I’ve been to. Super friendly staff and they immediately corrected a mistake that was made when I moved in. Highly recommend if you need a storage unit in this area.

Life Storage on Anderson Mill has been great. Got a good rate on a good size unit. Facilities were always clean and well-lit, and I never had problems with accessing my unit. When it was time to vacate due to my family moving, process couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommend this location.

Never really had any issues, so far. Called Robin, the store manager, about my current billing inquiries, and it was handled within 5 minutes. Fast, and professional. Facility is pretty clean, and kept up. The gate is a little weird though. Almost have to bump it before it sees your vehicle.

Life storage has been a lifesaver., I’d give 10??’s if I could. I found Life Storage on 9602 Anderson Mill by searching online. It’s near my home and their access hours are from 6AM to 10PM which is great, most laces close by 9PM. The extra hour really helps when you’re trying to move things during the week. Another bonus was that it was so easy, I was able to reserve my unit, sign the agreement and download a copy and set up my monthly payments online at 11 PM. I got email confirmation almost immediately with my unit number, access code and the facility information. Next day I went to check out my unit and they had left the lock and keys for me inside the unit. It was really so easy. The place itself is incredibly well maintained, it’s very clean, well lit in and out and I feel safe there, even at night which is important to me. The staff is also excellent especially Angelo. My husband recently lost my keys and Angelo was incredibly helpful both on the phone and in person. He was able to remove the lock for us in mere minutes. I’d recommend Life Storage to anyone who is looking for a storage facility. It’s really an incredibly nice place with great people and I’m so glad I found them. It feels good to know that the things that are important to me are in a safe place. Thanks again Angelo for all your help.
