A 10x20 storage space is the size of 2-3 Bedrooms. It holds furnishings and appliances for an average 1500 sq. ft. residence. It can also hold compact vehicles depending on width and length.

"I was with the last storage company. They took over, did not notify me of the price increase. I told then to keep the items (under contract 30 days is abandonment). The items inside are worth more than the rent.
Well Matt Crill keeps telling me I will keep being charged until I come in and sign a piece of paper for abandonment. I can't I have a disability.
So, instead of just closing my account, and selling the items (as the contract states- and Texas law). He is trying to force me to go sign a piece of paper not listed as a requirement on my contract.
This is just very unethical. I would've been there a month ago if I could actually go. What is even sadder, is that when I told him I got no notice of a rent increase, he sent me a notice that day with no option to even give a 30 day notice. So I'm just stuck because I can't go sign a piece of paper that I'm not legally required to sign. Horrible treatment"
