"New facility, has air conditioned units, looks mostly clean and new. Great service by Tom. Easy to set everything up including an online account to manage the units. Easy access to units via the back door and elevators. The carts, while appreciated, can be upgraded because they are wobbly and don’t go straight. Also, there’s never soap in the bathrooms and they are not the cleanest. But that is not the main thing to review since that’s just an amenity, but it would be nice to wash your hands once you’re done moving. Overall great service, convenience, pricing, set up and service. Would recommend!"

Entering the building I was welcomed by Tom who was working at the front desk, I began to explain to him how I had lost my keys to my lock to my storage door. he was absolutely friendly and very helpful helping me drill out the old Lock and replacing it with a new one. "I have never written a review of a storage facility before, they never seem to go above and beyond but Tom at the Wildwood, Georgetown location turned a stressful situation into a happy one. I lost my keys to my unit and was very stressed as I needed to get into it today. He drilled out the lock on my storage unit within a few minutes and was making great conversation the whole time, even though he was supposed to be going on his break when we walked in! In conversation I was telling him how I was trying to sell the majority of stuff in it and he automatically referred me to a lady that sells thing and she happened to be one the same floor at the time! I call that a win,win! great customer service!"

Rick was always upbeat and kind as we struggled to figure out how to access our two units. I think that he has probably been present with first time clients. A very patient man. :) Renee was remarkable. Although she had received some very tough news the day we checked in, and we said, "We can come back tomorrow." She said, "No we'll finish up and then I'll go." She's a trooper! We were very blessed to land here and find a temporary home for our belongings."
