I rented a storage unit 4 days ago and then had a big life event happen where I no longer needed the unit. I hadn’t yet moved into the unit so I called and spoke with Ebonie to cancel my rental, and ask if there was any way I could get a partial refund if possible. I then spoke with David the Manager who was able to go ahead and process a full refund of the rent for the month. They absolutely did not have to do this since it was my life circumstances that resulted in no longer needing the rental. Ebonie and David both were so incredibly kind and understanding of my situation I cannot recommend life storage enough if you are considering a place for your storage needs. A company that truly cares about its customers. You all are amazing. Thank you so much!
