My daughter goes all the way to Nashville to study for college and needed to find a summer storage for her belongings. I found Life Storage and they were able to help me to secure a deal before the summer price started. Their service is absolutely wonderful. The office manager, Chris, is always polite and professional. My daughter somehow didn’t secure her storage correctly and has flew home last weekend. (The lock was in locked opened status. The lock was setup but the latch was on the wrong side.) Life Storage found out the situation during their lock check today (Monday) and notified me right away. They were able to help us secure the lock again. Wonderful service. They made an out of state student’s life much easier!
