Tracy the manager was very helpful and friendly she answered all questions I had. The facility is clean, well organized, & secure. The entire sign up process was quick and easy. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage in Chattanooga.

I had a wonderful experience with Elena who helped me rent my unit. However, all the details in person versus renting online are very confusing. The rental was only around $85 a week ago and now I am paying $120. Doesn’t really make sense. But the customer service was wonderful and she was very helpful.

I meant to post this earlier this week, but this life storage location has the BEST customer service! I happened to go to my unit and the manager and employee were in the hallway right next to my unit. My unit door got caught on a dresser of mine and I was struggling to get it open. Thankfully the crew was there to assist me and they did a great job getting it open! Very grateful to have chosen to store my things with the Life Storage team!
