The manager(Cindy) at the Lauren’s Rd. location is exceptional. The customer service she gives is amazing, I have never had anyone that really cares about her customers and there needs at this location the way she has. She’s awesome and has been so pleasant to deal with. Please give her an INCENTIVE for all of THE HARD WORK SHE DOES AND THE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE HAS.. MRS. Cindy has been wonderful to work with and the facility is very clean and well kept. She was gracious enough to let me and my movers check to see if all my belongings would fit into my unit and stated if I needed it she would willing to change my unit size that very day! There was a problem with my gate code the night before and the emergency gate specialist gave me a temporary code in a very timely manner and the next day Cindy was able to immediately fix it and give me my correct passcode! Overall pleased with my service and am happy my belongings are calling it home for the next little while :)

Ridonculously friendly rep, Dennis, helped me on the phone. Dennis even gave me advice about the area since we are coming from out of state. He did not try to sell me on unnecessary expenses and did not keep me on hold to figure out logistics. He called me back within minutes with details all figured out.
