The employee that helped me I sign up was very helpful and made it incredibly easy to set up my new locker. I was immediately signed up for auto-pay and never had to worry about anything while I was away. I stayed for 6 months and only cancelled because I bought a home and no longer needed my things in storage. Anthony T was the person that helped me cancel and the process was completed in less than 5 minutes. If I ever need a storage unit again, I will definitely go with Life Storage.

Anthony Thomas showed me a few units to Accommodate for what I need it for. He was very friendly and professional. I had Lifestorage before and they never disappoint. I definitely recommend!

Great service. Anthony was great and the facility was clean and well-maintained. They also have lights inside of the unit so you can see what you are doing.

The man with the plan who saves the day and prevented me from leaving every facility in my area with a one star review. Anthony drove all the way from his store to where I’m at out in King of Prussia just to let me in on a Sunday when I was promised instant access, and the general hotline manager could follow through with their promises. I was led on by Lesson four different employees on the general hotline but the moment I finally got elevated to a district manager he knew exactly who to task with getting the job done and I received a call from Anthony letting me know he was on his way and right on time there he was to save my day. I’m not kidding. I would’ve left every facility in a 10 mile radius with a star review after the experience I had today if it weren’t for this man. He deserves a raise if not a promotion, but I understand if you would want to keep them where he’s at because he doesn’t outstanding job at reconciling the shortcomings of the other employees oddball business I found myself Investing in, so let me just say… Once more… Anthony is the man and everyone deserves to be treated the way he gets the job done and I truly believe that:) Thanks again, Anthony!

I had a wonderful experience at life storage that I moved all my things that I had stored somewhere else to this facility. I also appreciate the time that the store manager Anthony took with me and my mother to show me around the facility. I most definitely would recommend Lifestorage to family & friends.
