She also was super understanding and worked with me when I accidentally left some garbage outside my unit and wasn't able to get back in the gate after hours. I told her I wasn't able to get back in to clean it and she was very understanding. They have also since installed cameras to keep the riffraff out."

Just from the tour of the place before signing the rental agreement it is clean, well lit, and the units all have wide doors that will make getting appliances or large pieces of furniture in easily. They offer auto pay and online payment as well as other amenities. Would recommend 10/10"

"We used this storage facility for approximately two years. During that time we had three catalytic converters stolen from our vehicles. Also during that time, our rent doubled without an increase in security or methods of preventing theft from their facility. When we questioned about security improvements we always received vague responses. Whilst I’m aware of the increase in catalytic converter theft, it is frustrating to pay significant monthly rent with no security improvement or care that property being stored on the premise is being damaged and stolen. Only rent space from here if you don’t care about your belongings being damaged or stolen."

"I’ve rented from Extra Space (now Life Storage) off and on for the past 6 to 7 years. Didn’t know it changed hands. No communication what so ever. Didn’t know until looking back and seeing my ACH payment hadn’t been deducted from them and coming to get some things out the unit. My last move in with them back in June was a hassle. The unit I received wasn’t cleaned and a lot of bugs like large spiders and Cicadas accumulated inside the unit. I had never had this experience here before renting an outside unit plenty of times. Kilon would have never let the units get like that."

"I called to reserve a spot because my son was in the hospital and I was traveling so I had my travel trailer and I needed to store it. I ran into heavy traffic on the way and I called hoping Jenn could hold my spot till the next day. Add this point I was going to be about a half an hour after closing. She was so kind and offered to stay until I got there. I managed to make up some time on the road but with filling out the paperwork and letting me choose between two spots she ended up having to stay for an extra hour and I was so grateful and she was so kind about it."
