Clean spaces, friendly staff. However, the internet discounts should have a definite timeline so customers can decide if the discount and permanent costs will actually fit into their budget. My discounted price only lasted 2 months. Also, discounts should be given to customers who rent multiple units. I guess management don't care about customer appreciation.
