If I could, I would give it 10 STARS for various reasons listed below: 1. This facility is new, clean, temperature controlled and very well maintained and easy to access. Their costs are nominal compared to similar facilities in the area. I have seen other facilities in the area with clear signs of pest infestation and facility managers themselves saying it’s common to get Rats/Roddens in storages, etc. 2. I rented a 10x20 unit, it is hands down bigger than 10x20 units at many other self storages in the area. The roofs/ceiling is so tall, you can organize and stack up a lot of boxes. 3. The facility manager, Ms. Virginia is an AMAZING, KIND and Compassionate woman. She made the renting process so easy, she did everything on phone before I came to the facility. She waited until 2 after their closing time on a Saturday evening while I moved all my stuff into the building. At the end before she left, if my stuff isn’t going to fit into the unit, she gave me keys for an extra unit as a backup in case, I did not use it, and she cancelled it without charging me. I felt that not many folks do that, going an Extra Mile to Help their customers. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, Ms. Virginia. P.S: This is not a paid review, I am just sharing my experience which had been GREAT and I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I called and spoke with the representative Virginia. I went to meet with her today to see the storage unit I was interested in renting. She was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and transparent about the property. I made the decision to rent the unit, completed the application, made payment, and I am now a customer of Life Storage.
