I stopped in today to look at the units bc I need to free up some extra space at home. I met April there and what a wonderful, wonderful lady she is. Not only was she very helpful with showing me some of the units, but her customer service is the best I've seen in a long time. I was also impressed by the way the place looks. It's clean, organized, and vert spacious. The units there are really impressive as well, not to mention the prices... .awesome!!! I say without a doubt m, LIFE Storage has their competitors best by a mile!!! Highly recommended for those who want the security of knowing your belongings will be well secured.

Very helpful call center agent and very helpful on-site service with April whom I complemented on the company's excellent customer service. Exceptional customer service from April. Mostly clean facility, but could be cleaner. Two bays make it difficult for multi cars to unload and load. But overall great place!

super smooth rental process for a first time storage unit renter! i went through online then met april at the facility and she was incredible! very sweet and respectful. showed me to my unit and how to use the lock and made sure i had everything i needed for successful renting! 10000/10 recommend!!
