Kody and his team helped me out in a major way! While moving stuff out of my unit my keys (car, house, etc.) fell down the elevator shaft. Kody and his team were on it on calling the elevator company and keeping me informed on status updates including when my keys were free. I was frustrated by the fact my keys were MIA but the team made something frustrating actually bearable and they helped make me laugh about the situation. I truly appreciate them turning lemons into lemonade!

So far experience has been delightful. I went to Extra Space Storage and they didn't have the room for me to have the moving company drop off the trailer. Tru was very kind and helpful as well as Derika. Derika called thier sister company Life Storage down the street and Kody was super helpful and answered all my questions. I was able to secure two units and they had the space to park the trailer for me to unload. The only bad part that I hope it could be improved is to be able to reserve units without paying in full. I don't have the trailer yet so I paid full price and the units will sit empty until the trailer gets delivered. Kody said he'd be able to help me with adjusting the days though since I'm not able to store anything yet. Everyone has been very nice and helpful. If you need to store your belongings and want friendly service and a nice facility go to either one of these two locations.

Check in was easy and we used the space for several years and it was always easy to access. Kody was especially helpful with checkout and making sure I was not charged after moving out.
