At first, it seemed very quick and easy. I called up and set up a rental. Soon after I received a call that they were changing the unit as my bed would not fit in the original one that they had in mind. When I came to check in a couple of days later, there were a couple of surprises. First, I was being charged for changing units, which was not MY fault. Second, they charged me for the high end lock (they had a premium and basic, but they didn't even ask me if I needed one. They charged for it with the original call). The place itself is clean and orderly, but there is no where to through garbage away.

Admittedly, this place is a little pricier than many other storage places. Since I had my entire life's possessions in their care, I was willing to pay extra. Air-conditioning, monthly spraying for pests, and locked/gated entries worked for me. Maybe not for you, though, since open hours are 6AM to 10PM. The woman at the front desk (why can't I remember her name?) was a wonderful resource, too. Everything I stored survived bug-free and intact. When I need storage again, I'm coming here.

This is not the first time I’ve rented a storage unit at Life Storage. I’ve never been dissatisfied. The units are clean. The property is clean and they have good security. I was happy to see the woman I rented from in the past is still there. Amazing! My experience from in the past to present, has been a good one. I highly recommend them.
