Amanda was the one that checked me in and took me to the units I would be using. Yes I said units. I had 4! Poor planning on my part. Amanda tried to warn me! Listen to her!! I purchased locks and a few boxes which were top shelf. I had Amanda setup autopay which made sense since my apartment was not ready. This is a wonderful facility. It’s clean and climate controlled which kept all of my things in the condition they were in when placed there. I hope I NEVER need storage again but if I do, I would go here. There is a new man in the office who works with Amanda. I don’t remember his name but he has done several things for me and is as helpful as Amanda. Thanks so much guys. Absolutely wonderful I was having an issue with creating a new account I called in, sw a wonderful csr casey..she was patient and kind. Helped me set up account explained all fees and billing. Even helped me get the correct size storage space
