The people there made the process really easy, I had help the whole time. They helped me move my things up the ramp. An employee named Andre went as far as to help me load my belongings into the storage crate. A very good business ??

A huge THANK YOU to all at Life Storage on W 51st St! Brandon cheerfully showed me different sizes and configurations of units until I found just the right one for my needs. It was a complex move for me, bringing many items from several different storage units in the area into this one at Life Storage, but I was assisted with patience and humor, making the experience much more pleasant than I imagined it would be. When I needed to change my move in date, Jude quickly rewrote my unit contract to reflect the changes and I was “good to go”. Thank you again!
