I have taken 2 units at this facility and have been pleased for the most part. The facility is usually very clean and well lit. The business hours are very reasonable. The office staff is helpful. Parking is adequate. Not much more I can tell you.

10/2023 My recent experience with Rico, the store manager and Irene at the Lodi location this weekend was beyond words! Life storage has been one of the most affordable storage facilities and I have been with them nearly 20 years, so that's why I was so disappointed to see that Life Storage merged with Extra Space Storage which is one of the most expensive storage facilities around. My previous review below is an indication of how the employees at Life Storage are actually kind, courteous, professional and helpful and welcome and appreciate your business. This was the case for my recent visit with Rico and Irene. They went over and beyond to accommodate my particular need due to a large rent increase since merging with Extra Space Storage. Due to increase, I decided to move out of my unit and when I arrived to move out, Rico the store manager and Irene worked it out so I could remain in unit and facility. That decision saved me pain and suffering due to health issues that they were not even aware of. I appreciate Rico and Irene for accommodating me and wanted to write this review so that others will know that there are still good people in the world who actually welcome and appreciate your business. If you are looking for some where to rent storage space, come check out Rico and Irene at the Lodi location. GOD Bless Rico and Irene! I have been renting at this location for over 10 years, when it was originally Lackland Self Storage then Uncle Bob's and now Life Storage. The #1 reason why I have remained at this location is because of their Awesome Store Manager Rob. From Day 1, He has always been honest, helpful and professional in helping you obtain not only an ideal space, but one that's in your budget. He always goes above and beyond to ensure your happiness and satisfaction. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about Upper Management, however, if Rob relocates to another facility or location, I will follow him. Rob realizes that a happy customer means longevity as well as referrals and that perhaps Quality is just as important and Quantity!

Very pleased with the service at Life Storage Lodi which is what was lacking in my prior storage facility. Thank you to Irene and Ricco for their help and their courtesy.
