What a lifesaver! We had a bad moving experience when we showed up to move into a new apartment and found that it was not what we had been told and shown. We were left with deciding very quickly what to do. Our stuff already packed and on a truck, we called Life Storage and told them our situation. The representative I spoke to was kind and helped me by suggesting a promotion they were running where I could pay only move in fees for the first month, saving us a lot of money. Since we only needed it for a couple weeks at most and they are month to month with no contract, this really helped us! The unit was huge, indoors, and very clean. The people in the office were just as bit as friendly as the first gentleman. I definitely would recommend this place to any of my family or friends.

Stopped by to downsize my unit today, and had a pleasure meeting one of the new managers, Matthew. He explained everything to me in full detail, and did a quick walk through of the diff available units for transfer. Only thing i wished was that they would honor online rates to existing customers for transfers to diff units. Other than that, Matthew was real helpful. With the recent change of life storage to extra storage space, I think we're all in good hands with Matthew and the rest of the staff of this branch. Excellent service, 10/10 will recommend!
