I was able get the the exact time and space storrage contract I needed. MOST helpful and 'straight forward' honest customer service came from Shervey at this location. She gives this place a good name and deserves 5 stars at managing the desk!

This is the best storage facility. Great prices for the size of the storage units. Easy access, safe and a very friendly staff. Sharvae has helped me several times and she’s always terrific. Very informative, polite and patient. She helped me find the perfect unit for what I needed to store. Tom is great too. Always helpful and friendly as well.

I want to give a shout out to Shervae, she handled all my issues with my unit. It was very confusing at first, but she took control and made my day. Appreciate the hospitality.

Very clean, organized facility. Love that it is climate controlled and security access. Tom the sales agent was so helpful and very professional.

The young lady Shavey that works there was so professional. It was unbelievable. I only stayed because she took her time and showed me all of the storages and I finally got one. But the sad part is you guys have switched over to a new company your system was down. I had to come back several times. Which cost me a lot of time missing from my office. Will you switch over from one company to another one you should have some people there training the staff the there. But shout out to the young lady that handled the whole business your general manager well you know the general managers are some work so I’m overworked so I don’t know how to manage. I'm giving 5 stars to Miss. Sharvea and please forgive me if I spelled her name wrong. She has been awesome the whole time she's been with life storage. She's very understanding to her customers even if we are upset about something because she knows it's not towards her. Extra space you are wrong for doing the customers this way. I needed this unit bad so bad. And for Tom I needed my unit so I had to deal with his nasty attitude. Maybe my skin color is wrong for him because he didn't act this way with his own kind I witnessed thus myself several times ??

I told the representative what I was looking for and she suggested a space for me. Everything was done over the phone so I didn’t know what to expect. To my surprise this storage space is amazing. It has a cart for easy moving and it’s clean but it is not very lit if you have an outside storage.

Tom was amazing. He help me out with directing me in how to drive my car through the storage. But first he assisted me with directions when I got lost trying to find the place. Then help with making sure my car was parked correctly and went through safety with giving me directions while I drove it through storage space. Best customer service. He went above and beyond.
