When you purchase a lock it is in a sealed package number 1, number 2 there is only 2 keys and unless you give one to the mgr they do not have access to the unit. Cheryl and her team are the most friendly, courteous, professional and very responsive to all my needs or anyone else's needs. If i could give her more than a 5 starr i would. Just because you cant get fees waived or special favors does not give anyone the right to give a bad review."

Prior to me coming to the Lemay Ferry location I would have never recommended Life Storage to anyone because of the experience I had in Fenton. Life storage is lucky to have a person such as Cheryl to represent them, from the time that I walked through the lobby doors not only was she very apologetic for experience I had with Michelle in Fenton Mo but Cheryl took the extra mile to make me feel welcome and made sure that I got everything that I needed for all of my storage rental and supplies. She was very clear on her expectations on proper and improper items for storing. She was also very clear about securing the doors to keep mice and bugs out. And I'm glad she does, nothing had a single sign of bug or rodent on or in anything I stored. She runs a great place for short and long term storage of various items. The pricing was the lowest around for climate controlled spaces. Beating most by $20.00 or $30.00 a month after price checking various places. She keeps the place really clean and plants landscaping up front and anything you need she is always happy to assist or answer any questions. Great location too."

"I feel a lot of anxiety about storage units after a previous bad experience, but I had SUCH a pleasant experience with Life Storage. Online payment took a moment and actually works well on mobile devices, the unit was in great condition, and most importantly I dealt with someone who actually cared. Sheryl was awesome about calling and reminding me a payment was due a couple of times I'd forgotten so I didn't get hit with any late fees, and was very accommodating and nice when I lost my key and had to drag someone out to cut it my lock off. If I have to store stuff in the metro area again, I'm coming back to this spot."
