"This place gets a ZERO! Horrible service! They Will NOT keep your reservation, even if they confirm the day of. This place is a joke! Monae called me the morning of my move to confirm I was still coming in. I tell her "Yes, I'm on my way." When I get there she tells me the system gave my reservation to someone else. I don't believe that. She gave my unit away to a walk-in customer in order to meet her quota for the weekend. That's NOT cool! I would NOT recommend Life Storage to anyone. A friend tried to warn me and I didn't listen. I was so caught up in the free truck rental they give you. That's a JOKE too. The truck is first come first served, so regardless if you reserve it, they will give away to the first walk in customer. Run fast from this place. It will save you a headache!"
