A 10x20 storage space is the size of 2-3 Bedrooms. It holds furnishings and appliances for an average 1500 sq. ft. residence. It can also hold compact vehicles depending on width and length.

"It’s a great place to rent from if you want your unit robbed. No security cameras at all inside where the units are, door is always left open, and no one seems to work there anymore, according to the guy that was on duty 6 days after my unit was broken into. It’s not even his store. And worst of all, because no one works there, my unit’s door was smashed into and left wide open for 6 days before I was notified. I am out thousands of dollars in computers and electronics, as that was inventory for my business. I’ll be contacting my attorney for sure."

"Kelly Williams, the store manager, has a disgusting attitude! Life Storage should reconsider having someone else be the face of this location. I asked her a basic question due to some confusion I had and she acted like I had just asked her to climb Mount Everest.
So after I expressed that I didn’t appreciate her disrespect, she attempted to get a customer to verbally attack me. How professional of a employee and a manager at that, right? I believe she has some unresolved racism in her heart as well as childhood trauma - poor thing.
It’s obvious she hates her job and has a miserable life. Why be in customer service if you don’t want to deal with people? She’s one of many who doesn’t need to be in this industry.

"Walked in around closing to ask a simple question. The moment I walked in the lady with the glasses and the stringy hair threw her hands in the air muttering underneath her breath. I said hello and she just stared at me so I said I rented a storage here she said I don’t know who you are I said would you like my name? She looked up my account and said what do you need? I said this is my first time here and I would like directions to my unit because the other location is not the same. Long story short her attitude was disgusting she made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable like I did not belong there. She told me well the email you got gave you all the directions which it did not it only my stated the unit number and entry code. At the end of the day I do not know what her problem was but if you do not like dealing with customers that look different from you, sweety get a new job it’s simple."

"Well lets start off with my storage was cleaned (stolen) out about 90% of everything without nobody saying anything until they received a payment.
So I go to the storage office at 9:15am and the manager sitting there and door was locked until 9:30am so I entered through the garage and knocked on the back door and said Can you remove this temporary key You have on my storage because I'm looking through the peephole and see my stuff is trashed & missing. So she opened it and took a photo then left the building for 2 hours instead of helping me with a report (STRANGE) so I waited then she had an full attitude and dont wanna answer any question's.
She knows exactly who has my stuff they had extra keys.
Everybody got 3 keys and I got one.
First problem with new manager and I been there for over 2 years and now this when the new crew is hired.

"I needed this storage unit to store items that just don't fit in my home at this time, just like many others. As far as I know the facility is nearly full, great! One thing though, customer service from the store manager Kelly Williams, is seriously lacking. Interaction number one: the day I began my unit rental, Kelly barks at the other employee on what to do and not do. In no way is that how you train an employee, but in the middle of me asking questions she walks away to go smoke outside. The other employee showed me my unit and explained the door operations. Interaction number two: the day Kelly was dismissive and rude. I needed to drop off a few items and unbeknownst to me, one of the doors was broken, no sign, no obvious damage, but when I entered my code on the keypad it said 'Welcome' and 'Access Granted'. I tried it twice and a lady next to me in the other bay couldn't get her code to work, so I opted to check the front desk. Kelly was sitting there talking to someone who seemed to be lounging in the lobby, not an employee. I asked "Is one of the doors broke?" She huffed and said "You entered the wrong code." I explained to her which bay I was using and that the keypad displayed otherwise. She repeated herself and I then asked again if the door was broke and told her someone is trying to access the other door. She then finally stated the door was in fact broke. I asked if she could put up a sign to avoid others running into similar issues and she loudly said "No, I will not put up a sign, use another door!" I left to use the other bay door and before departing I confirmed the employees names was in fact Kelly, the terrible store manager of 8277. I called to make a complaint, unsure if the call had been rerouted to the store for her to answer, I also opted to email corporate. Corporate emailed me back and I'm awaiting to speak with the Area Manager. Interaction number three, the next day and this time Kelly makes threats. My partner and I waited to use one of the operating bay doors since the broken one was even more broken today for some reason. We noticed the other doors on the other side of the entrance and used it to gain access and make it to my unit. We spent maybe 5 minutes walking from the door, dropping off items and returned to the door. Upon returning, there was Kelly, shouting "You can't leave the door open this long when it's a climate controlled facility!" Keep in mind, we waited in the lot to use the bay doors on the other side and she never came out to tell them to close it and we waited upwards of 15-20mins for those individuals to leave. At this point Kelly is yelling at my partner and me and then she realizes that I'm the one she was sassy and rude to the day before. I told her corporate will be in touch and I will be speaking to her superior on the next business day per the response I received from my email complaint. She claimed that it would be her, which would be a great disappointment, but we shall see. I explained to her that we are almost done and we will be leaving. She claimed we had the door open for too long, 20 mins, which was not true and kept trying to shut the door, while I'm literally gathering a few more items to take inside. And then it gets weird... She then attempted to apologize after she just yelled at me again and yelled at my partner, when we did nothing wrong. I told her I do not accept her apology, I only want to use the service I paid for and leave, and that I will only speak to her superior. She then threatened to evict me, because I wouldn't accept her apology... seriously?!?! She then followed me and my partner and attempted to emasculate me and said "Why can't you be a man and accept my apology?!" I told her I already explained why I do not accept her apology and that I'm through with this conversation. I dropped off my items, and left promptly"

"Are you looking for a safe place to store all your possessions in a climate controlled environment? I moved everything I owned into this facility, and 15 months later, moved everything into an apartment and discovered multiple items have mold on them. I bought 4 brand new storage shelves to keep everything neat, and every single one of the shelves are molded, but especially the bottom shelves which are completely covered. My near brand new mattress has mold too. They also locked my unit twice that I know of for non payment because they misapplied my payment."

"Was in life storage last week to pay a bill the young boy was being yelled at. This isn’t anything against life storage but this review is for the community no matter how mad you are WE ALL have to show each other respect especially the workers! Times are tough and to be hateful to people doing their jobs isn’t right.
Other then that the girl and the boy do a good job maintaining the building and keeping it clean! The construction is a little daunting when you pull up and see the mayhem that’s going on but I’m glad that They are putting some well needed love into this area!"
