Looking for a place for storage this Fall however I was late and all spaces were gone. The manager Dave was really nice and told me to call daily if I wanted or watch the website. Once I found open space he was polite to take time and show me the space, and discuss my options. Never did I feel like there was any pressure to purchase. To be honest there is another storage location near my house but Life Storage offered the BEST DEAL and Dave personality just sealed the deal. I highly recommend Life Storage for your extra storage space. Came back 2 weeks later to add to my review. I recently discovered Life Storage location in Hazelwood provides Climate Controlled Rooms. This is a huge benefit for us as we have items to stored that we did not want to hit extreme cold, hot or damp conditions. Dave took me on a quick tour and I was please to see a flatbed and dolly for me to use as needed. The elevator has a lot of space so you do not feel cramped in any way. Room is very clean and I have already moved in. Oh I should mention the price was amazingly affordable after searching their online website. :)

I am here to give you THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE THAT YOU DESERVE. HOW CAN I HELP YOU?" TIFFANY CAME THROUGH on her promise.
