Melissa was great, I had a lot of questions since this will be my first time getting a storage units, she was very patient, answered all my questions and i feel alot more confident about the whole process. Great customer service, I would highly recommend renting storage there.

Gotta a killer deal recently on a storage unit (to use while I clean out my garage) and was able to pre-pay for 1 year to have the great monthly rate. The people I have run into at the facility have been great. Very friendly and helpful and always willing to listen. So far , so good.

Jaycen and Melissa were very friendly and helpful. It seems like many people you encounter in the service industry today act like they are doing you a favor by helping you. Jaycen and Melissa did not act this way. It felt like they were welcoming you to their neighborhood. Now, after two months, we are finished using our storage facility. Thanks to Melissa for her help.
