Lots of hidden fees. The first months rent is not as advertised. Only in select cases. But the woman there was nice and the space was clean. Although some of the windows to the loading garage were broken which makes me a bit suspicious about security.

I went to Waltham facility, the lady greed me with smile on her face, very helpful, and willing to help, the place was very nice clean it looks like it just had opened for business, very happy with the arrangement, well recommended. .

Best customer service by Yuliya. She explained everything about their rates and special deals they had for that month. Now, I have a good storage 10*5 very clean and I like it. Free for the 1st month but I had to paid $40 for services fees and second month would be $160! If you calculated there is no such free month bc you ended up paid $200 for 2 months. I can refer you to this place bc it is very clean and safe. Also, the best customer service by the staff. Thank you, Life Storage.

The manager Yulia, is the best. Always very accommodating and great at communication of changes within the facility. She always looks to have the needs of the customer in mind. An example, I called about a bigger unit that wasn't available at a time and she connected with me me as soon as the bigger unit was available. Thanks Yulia!

Update Oct 22, 2022 1. Carts replaced! Back up to six so no waiting around! 2. Clean bathrooms that had both toilet paper AND paper towels! Thank you very much for your professionalism and responding to feedback! Update August 15 2022 : still clean, still well-maintained, climate controlled. I did not use the bathroom during this visit. A bit disappointed that they have gone from providing 6 carts to 2 carts. Not sure what the plan to replace these are. I can verify that this establishment offers clean and well-maintained, climate controlled storage facility here with working elevators. Also - access hours are good and must have code to enter. There are garage bays where you pull in to load and unload - in spaces that aren't like coffins. Personnel at the desk were kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable at my check in. Thank you! Also - clean bathrooms and when something is broken, it is fixed quickly!
