"This facility is immaculately clean and well organized. It has a loading dock which is easily accessible by large trucks. The units' ceilings are taller than most storage facilities and the corridors are wide for using moving dollies. The office management is friendly and very knowledgeable. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help. The location right off of I-91 is also a plus. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who wants a great experience."

"Pros: spotlessly clean and brand new facility. Easy access. My stuff was fully intact exactly as I'd left it (only one month, but you never know with self storage). I'll give it the four stars for fulfilling all this. Cons: at the time the mask policy was made clear to customers, but not followed by staff. Not cool. Also, there was a bizarrely disjointed checkout process that resulted in having to exchange like 4 or 5 calls and emails to rectify - seemed like there was a corporate system in place making life harder for both staff and tenants. So this is feedback to corporate: stop the nonsense and make checkout easy. Your industry has a bad rap; if you want customers' trust, earn it. We are all exhausted."

"Our belongings have been in this unit for less than 6 months and have grown mold. This is supposed to be a temperature controlled unit but it doesn't feel like it. We now have to hire a mold remediation person to treat our items as we move them out. Facility is nice and new but the mold expert says that the moisture that caused our items to mold is probably coming from the new, uncured concrete below the building. I'd go somewhere else in the future for sure."

Apparently no matter what location you're at wether Whitinsville MA or Oxford MA they're helpful, knowledgeable and make you feel like family, and as a plus, these 2 ladies even laughed at my corny a** jokes. Or maybe its just me. I won't toot my own horn,but I will toot Toni's horn over at the Oxford MA location. Toni you really sealed the deal today on that insurance. I felt better all day knowing I'd made the right decision to "shush my mush" and listen to you by getting the insurance for the rental van.
