I needed the last remaining 10x15 indoor unit available, but I didn't need it for about 2 or 3 weeks, so she went in personally and pushed back the start date for me every single day so I could get in when I wanted to. She checked in a couple times to make sure that I knew what the hours were so I could come in to sign before they closed early on Memorial Day. She personally showed me to my unit and watched me to make sure I knew how to lock the door properly. Several people stopped to say "hi" to her on the way in. It's obvious that this is no show. She and her employees are genuinely good and friendly people. The place is very secure. For the inside units anyway--which is what I wanted because I have items that cannot be subjected to temp extremes--there is a coded gate to get in behind a tall metal fence and then rows of individual buildings that are climate controlled and each unit has a cylinder lock you buy from them upon payment of first month's rent. I also like the location in Salisbury which is a bit off the road so as not to be too conspicuous. It is in the back of a small strip mall which appears to have what looks like a childcare and indoor play center and a few commercial/retail places nearby. They are super friendly, accommodating, and secure. I'm happy to be a tenant of theirs for as long as I need the space. Thanks, guys! <3"

"I rented two storage units at Life Storage about 3 1/2 years ago and I have always found the office staff to be very friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and secure and well-maintained. I like how easy the keypad entry is, and the location between Amesbury and Newburyport is very convenient. The only reason I am not giving this location 5 stars is that the storage units are not air-conditioned so, it made sorting out my boxes in the summer months difficult, however the heat in the winter time is appreciated."

I was paying for the insurance they offer and she brought it to my attention that I’m a business owner using the unit for business purposes and asked if I had my own insurance to save myself that fee. Within minutes of receiving my certificate she had it changed. She also walks the facility frequently throughout the day to check on the property to make sure your unit and others are safe and secure. If I could give her a ten star for her professional performance as management and all around friendliness I would. Anyone looking for a great secured unit to protect your belongings this is most definitely the location and management you want to deal with."
