In and Out in 15 minutes approx. Only thing would make this a 5 star is if there were carts at the end of each section since the facility spaced out."

She made me feel very confident in the safety and secuity of the premises. Christina, the manager was great too! I had trouble getting access for the first time (through an error in my keying in the access code at the gate). Christina checked the access gate and told me what I was coding incorrectly. They both are really nice and helpful. Nice facility too! 5 STARS!!!"

"I was at this storage facility to help my mother. My phone slid under another unit that wasn’t ours. It was and hour after the office hours and someone’s car was outside the office and the lights were on! I stood there waiting for almost 45 minutes and no one was there. I called every number on the door and they were no help at all! I ended up getting lucky using a stick to get it out. AND WHEN WE GOT THE GATE THE CAR THAT WAS AT THE OFFICE WAS GONE!!! The costumer service is bad overall and my mom has had the same dead roaches laying near her unit for months! Extremely disappointing..."

"SCAM!! Ever since the switch from Ezstorage to Life Storage has been a train wreck to say the least. I have personally set up automatic payment on three separate occasions, twice online and once in person and the automatic payments are STILL not going through. Life storage claims there is no record of a card on file despite me having a physical and digital receipt that was set up by the store manager. I have been fined due to "late fees" since September. Never in my life have I had this much trouble with a company's website or lack of customer service. You would think they would want your money but my suspicion is that they want to rack up the fees in order to earn an extra buck. My advice: stay away and use the other storage company just down the street, this company is not worth the headache"
