We were greeted by Jayquan in such a friendly way as soon as we walked in. We had a very specific need and Jayquan was able to brainstorm and find the right solution for us. He not only was able to address our concern but he genuinely connected with us and we really had a great time conversing with him while we were setting everything up. This is my first time using a storage unit! I was very nervous but the staff make the experience great! I called Keith made me feel so reassured! When I came into the facility he even remembered me! “Don’t forget to take a pic of your info” -great tip from Keith! Def would recommend this spot for your storage & transition needs :)
