They get to keep my money because I can't keep moving my stuff around, but there are a ton of storage places, this location has nothing special about it that I would encourage others to use this one in particular because if you live locally. Its a storage unit plain and simple, but you will likely be overcharged here month by month. Watch your bill you get from them."

Can reserve unit online, but need to go into the office to see unit, obtain lock ( some units use a cylinder lock), show proof of Homeowner/renters insurance ( they need to download your insurance policy or else are required to purchase their third policy insurance), and to obtain your entrance code. Although these units are all indoors, there is No Drive-in dock service. Need to load/unload next to double doors from outside the building, under a canopy. Overall satisfied with unit, pricing is inline with other facilities nearby. There seems to be a small issue with water leaking from above, as there are numerous buckets in some aisles to collect dripping water."

I thought this place was fine until the call I received just an hour ago. Joyce called me because my payment is late (life happens). Either way, I am at work and don't recognize the number so I pick it up and she goes "this is Joyce with life storage, do you want to make a payment over the phone?" She also said it in a very abrupt, aggressive manner, she didn't ask if I had a moment to talk or anything. I said I cannot right now, trying to be short as I am in my office with other people. She says "well when will you because I don't wanna keep calling you" again, with an aggressive very rude tone. I said I'd call back. I call back to express my frustration and she just laughs and tells me she makes hundreds of calls a day and tries to be fast. I tell her she does not have to be so rude and that my whole office was able to hear her and she could have asked me as a courtesy if I have time. She then lectures me about how I shouldn't answer my phone then. What!?!?! you should have good customer service and ask a person if it is a good time to talk about things like that. Now I am frustrated so she starts telling me I need to stop being rude to her. I am a paying customer (albeit late, but money is money) and should have never been talked to in that way, laughed at or lectured about when I should and should not answer my own phone.
I will be cancelling and I would like someone other than her to reach out to me to discuss this matter."
