Tanika made ALL the difference with my Life/Extra Space Storage experience! I felt personally offended by the extreme successive rate increases. I called to verify how much notice I needed to give to vacate. Rather than take my response personally, Tanika answered my question and then she offered solutions! She suggested this is a great time to come in and assess just what my needs are now- whether or not I need the same amount of space, options of current rates for different size units, and most importantly she addressed my feeling that the rate increase postcard was hate mail. Tanika’s genuine insight into customer experience, her relatability and efficient solutions kept me still a happy renter.
