I cannot express strongly enough how amazing the service has been from this location - Medlock Bridge. They are so proactive in reminders about payment due dates, reminders about updating credit card info and have been so accommodating in supporting billing updates and changes to accounts.

Donald answered my call. He was amazing and there was a great offer. He really was so pleasant. Then I was greeted by Anna who had so patience with me due to my stress level. She literally walked me to my unit which was right behind the office like she said. This morning I came in and lo and behold she was wiping down all the unit fronts. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone I know looking for storage.
