Today I had the pleasure of working with Michele. Even though there was a snafu with my reservation, she worked diligently to find me the parking space I desperately needed for my camper. I have nothing but excellent things to say about the staff at Life Storage/Extra Storage in Marietta. Starting with the corporate call center, which was so friendly and helpful in finding the right space locally. Working with this locations managers, Michele and Jamie, has been an amazing experience! They were incredibly communicative, available, and helpful. They were patient with me and were ready to assist whenever I needed help. I kind of feel like they’re my friends now and we haven’t even met in person yet ??
