I rented a unit for just a few months but the quality of the customer service i received was impeccable. From the time i started my account until i closed it was an experience to remember. Troy the manager was friendly knowledgeable and very informative. He’s got a sincere infectious smile that just makes you comfortable. You know you/your belongings are in good care. He left not a piece of information out. I would definitely be a returning customer if storage is needed again.

All staff are customer service focused. I didn't realize the promotional rate ends after 4 months. I decided to move out and transfer into a smaller unit. The staff, reserved the unit and informed me of the next step. The manager, Troy, took things from there. I appreciated his follow-up, friendly professionalism and flexibility. The process seamless. Being a Longtime Customer at this location (SpaceAge Storage, Uncle Bob's & now Life Storage) I've met a lot of good people here. The current Life Storage Manager, Troy, is by far THE BEST! I needed to "upsize" my current Storage foot print. With there being no unit map on website, I thought I was reserving a unit in the same building due to the brief description. Upon arrival, this was not the case. Troy clearly explained the layout of the facility and where he had available units close to mine. Touring the Climate Controlled building, we were able to find an even better storage solution than I had reserved online.
