I recently opened a lease for a storage locker online, which was followed by a prompt follow up call from the local store. Ms JaVone made the instore process of obtaining the keys, escorting me to the locker, answering every question and validating the gate code with the utmost professionalism and pure kindness. I am temporarily less mobile due to hip issue, so Ms. JaVone took her time...actually extra time during the entire process including offering me a wheeled office chair to navigate the maze of hallways. Ms JaVone is a gift!! I hate to review bad after good, however..so at a wonderful experience with Ms JaVone I returned to start putting items in my locker this Saturday 4/20/24. The person at the desk seemed almost annoyed i had questions and needed a cart. Her additude was that of someone who did not want to be at work or off someone who hates people, which funny being in a service role. So we had to walk item by item to my locker for a couple hours before the moving guys relinquished the catt. I got to the office to supply my license to the attendent only to literally watch her serve two people in line and give them the cart we had been waiting on for so long! When I asked for another cart, she shrugged her shoulders and said they have it now! So for starters I don't understand how a facility this large only has one cart!!! Secondly, this attendant needs immediate retraining or face some sort disciplinary actions. I'm certain the company does not want such misrepresntation of the business at the front desk. I am in need of additional storage but i doubt i will get it here!!!

Excellent excellent excellent! I just rented a unit from this location. I’m moving from a different location that had abysmal and combative customer service. The women who work here are an absolute breath of fresh air. Kind, knowledgeable and friendly. I want to have my stuff there just because they’re so nice.
